Four well-known Flemish artists serve as mentors, but it is the fans of those mentors who decide which candidates end up with which mentor. The candidate starts on an elevator 4 meters below the stage. The more fans like the candidate, the higher the elevator rises and the top 3 get to sing with their chosen mentor. The winner of the program gets the chance to record a single and go on tour with the mentor.
