Still not recovering from the shock of her ex-husband's attack, Investigative Committee investigator Kira Ardova finds salvation in her work. Together with operative Oleg Weber, she is investigating a new case - a girl who has lost her memory was found in the forest. In addition, the heroes will have to unravel a whole series of crimes: murders on the set of the series, an attempt on the life of the leader of a search group, murder on an archaeological expedition, forgery of paintings in a local gallery. But in their personal lives, Kira and Oleg are just like people - after a bad experience, it's not easy for both of them to start a new relationship. Despite strong feelings, sometimes it seems that they do not have a common future. Can they change themselves and become happy?
