Sambista and composer Noel Rosa is the theme of this season of the show O Tempo e a Música (Time and Music). Throughout his career of just eight years (Noel died at 26 years of tuberculosis), he wrote more than 250 compositions. Dead 80 years ago, the artist was known as one of the most important names of Brazilian samba and popular music.
