The capital's NC receives a disturbing message from Voznesensk. There is a serial killer in the city. Investigator Yevgenia Klyuchevskaya is instructed to check the information.
Klyuchevskaya is looking for the place of the murder of Kostyleva, the video of which fell into the hands of a local blogger. She has no idea that the last person to share information with on this case is her new partner.
