At West Orchards in Coventry, security guard Lewis receives a call from a store that needs urgent assistance. A member of staff is claiming to have been assaulted and all available guards are scrambled to assist. The suspect is apprehended and taken to the holding room where his offences soon stack up. Meanwhile in London's West End, a call comes in from a retailer who has detained a suspected shoplifter.
In London, police are out on patrol when they are called to a store where staff have stopped a gang of suspected shoplifters who have a bag full of meat that has not been paid for. In West Orchards, security guard Keith picks up some disturbing information about a man who been saying inappropriate comments to young girls.
