Episodes
Season 7 begins with Katie Lee helping prepare recipes, that are inspired by Bobby's childhood summer days spent at the Jersey Shore. On the menu: a cooling ginger-beer margarita; deviled eggs with fried oysters; crisp BLTs with fried tomatoes; roasted shrimp remoulade; corncakes with crab and smoky avocado yogurt.
Bobby grabs a bite to eat at Mighty Quinn's, his favorite barbecue joint in New York City. With the leftovers, he makes a lunch featuring BBQ pulled pork corn chip pie; Texas toast brisket cheesy egg sandwich; and smoky home fries with burnt ends. Also: a spiked banana cream pie milkshake.
A favorite falafel shop and Bobby's daughter inspire two breakfast sandwiches prepared by the chef, who also makes something called a crunchified chilaquites burger served with a tipsy Palmer cocktail.
Recipes include Moroccan scramble with turkey Merguez; orangeade with carrot juice foster; and kale salad with ham quiche croutons.
Bobby's suggestions for leftover biscuit dough and day-old biscuits. Included: French toast with cinnamon orange cane syrup; a chilled bourbon vanilla latte; ham, tomato and cheddar sandwiches; and donuts with lemon cream filling and blueberry sauce.
Bobby Flay prepares favorite brunch dishes.
