Tia and Cory both love to cook and both are very competitive. Season 2 begins with them having a cook-off to determine who is the master of the kitchen (the loser has dish duty for a week). The couple both prepare shrimp entrees and desserts made with bananas.
Tia invites her favorite guys over for a Thanksgiving feast. The menu features turkey with herbs de Provence; cornbread stuffing with sausage, apple and fennel; brown butter green beans with hazelnuts; and a pumpkin cheesecake with a bacon crumble crust.
Tia's perfect food day begins with healthy green juice and a Greek breakfast frittata. Later, she visits her favorite lunch spot, where she finds herself inspired to make asparagus-wrapped beef fillet for dinner.
Tia invites new friend, Catherine McCord, over for a home-cooked meal. On the menu: one-pot chicken with potatoes and olives; arugula salad with candled sunflower seeds; asparagus with feta and bacon; and Bahamian pineapple tart.
Tia prepares some of her favorite holiday dishes to share with friends. On the menu: herb-crusted beef tenderloin with a horseradish cream sauce; miso Brussels sprouts; garlic mashed potatoes; and a chai-spiced Bundt cake.
