Episodes
In this episode I talk about how to get additional funds to treat your dog with MCTC. There are many organizations out there in which you can receive grants for your dog with MCTC. Do a google search and you will find them. I did a Go Fund Me, and I also received a 500 dollar grant from Paws4acure, a non-profit organization run by Keri Goldman.
In this episode, I discuss other factors to consider. It's important to make sure your dog, who is diagnosed with MCTC, gets their nap time and alone time during the day too. If you have a big family or a lot of dogs that exerts your dog's energy, just at least make sure your dog with MCTC gets his or her alone time during the day to take a nap. Also, try to make sure everyone in the family knows to keep monitoring your dog, and make sure your dog gets the 1 to 4 walks they need per day, the naps, the 8 hours of sleep per night, gets fed with the right diet and doesn't get fed anything bad or isn't fed too many treats. All in moderation. Do the daily stuff you need to do, but make sure your dog with MCTC is taken care of too. Also if you work and are away a lot, just make sure you get a good amount of time with your dog when you come home and make sure they get their walks and they get their love from you.
I go over part 1 of the conclusion of the series talking about what the best option may be for you. And if you're willing to fight for your dog, and do your part, your dog has a good chance with my option or with any option your Vet may suggest. Your dog can make it.
I go over part 2 of the conclusion of this series. I go over my option more and doing your part and the chance of survival if you do do your part. I pray your dog lives a long life and I wish you well and I hope the best for your dog.
In this last episode, I summarize a list of all the different things that make up the alternative option that I did for Daisy and that I hope you will consider. If you want to consult your Vet about my option, please do. Thank you and take care. God bless.
Daisy Roberts was diagnosed with Mast Cell Tumor Cancer Stage 3 (grade 2) in 2016, and the option Dallas Ryan Roberts went with to save her life.
