Two brothers race against time to produce chart-topping hits, battling creativity and family tensions in their idyllic hometown.
Episodes
Bård surprises Vegard and Bjarte early in the morning, and the brothers are challenged to make a theme song for the show in one hour.
The brothers visit their mother and father to get inspiration for the first song. It turns out that their mother has a great hatred for a statue in the village.
A new day and Vegard is ill. Bård is annoyed that his eggs are too warm during breakfast and that the ice cream he buys later in the day is too cold. Bård's view on food temperatures inspires a new song.
The Ylvis brothers visit Kjartan Lauritzen and his brother Teddy Kvikne in Balestrand. After (too) many ciders, they make the song Skaol Skadle together, inspired by the old drunken expression "skål - skalle".
On the way back from Balestrand, Bård discovers his love for ferries and feels like writing an excessively intense love ballad for the ferry MF Fodnes.
Ylvis and their youngest brother Bjarte will create eight new songs in just two weeks - and everything will take place in their home village, Sogn! There will be long nights, desperate moments and new hits.
