Aidy and Helena kick off their new, French adventure in style. Joined by special guest DJ, chef and self-confessed spirits sceptic, Eddy Temple-Morris, they lift the bonnet on cognac from grape to glass. The duo's mission is simple: help Eddy fall in love with cognac through the local culture, fabulous food and mouth-watering mixology. Will they succeed?

Special guest Eulanda Shead-Osagiede returns to find Helena's boat skills being put to the test. The trio take a deeper dive into the art and alchemy of blending cognac, while trying their hand at gourmet baking, marmalade mixology and even venture into the deep wilderness of the Charente to find a prickly botanical for their very own gin.

In this final episode, the trio embrace local culture. Eulanda organises a mysterious trip to the region's top hotel, the three recreate 400-year-old slippers and Helena finds herself walking the plank. A momentous farewell beckons as they visit a Michelin starred restaurant before Aidy gets emotional during a once in a lifetime tasting opportunity.
