Corey Caruso has the worst day of his life. Between dealing with a #sh*tty boss and his girlfriend wanting to take a "Ross and Rachel break", not even Corey's best friends and rounds of alcohol can lift his spirits. His last hope to "Turn Back Time" relies on one thing only: the Time Machine.
Corey builds a time machine and gets zapped back to a very "Clueless" 1997. His mission is to finally buy Claire Matchbox Twenty tickets for her birthday, while simultaneously maintaining his sanity.
Corey's doorbell is ringing nonstop as his house becomes a popular destination for uninvited visitors. Just as Corey finally has time by himself, Josh barges in and catches Corey about to scratch off a birthday lottery ticket.

Adventures in #Adulting follows the life of Corey Caruso, a charming, yet unmotivated 30-something living in Portland, OR who is unwittingly stuck in the past - the 90s to be exact. He is accompanied by Claire, Josh, Paul, Annie and Gina - each battling their own "adulting" mishaps and hilarious encounters - at times with eccentric characters. The mutual quest is that of love, adventure and true happiness - but at what cost?
