A fun and quirky look into the lives of the inhabitants of a ten story high rise building in Reykjavik as seen through the eyes of a young girl called Vigga (11 years old) who lives with her dysfunctional family on the 8th floor. During a typically short Icelandic summer we are introduced to one Eccentric after the other through various adventures and mishaps that Vigga and her family experience.
