After Dizzi, Noelle, and Lisa Mai each receive an email from La Visage Modeling Agency, they decide signing on with Boris in the Grande Gigi division will jump start their careers.
The ladies book their first modeling job. With a clothing line clearly designed for older women and a photographer burnt out on adult diaper shoots, Noelle wants to throw in the towel. But when Jeremy turns off the Ragtime and pumps up the "booty popping" music, the trio turns the Granny into Granny chic.
Dizzi, Lisa Mai, and Noelle are booked as Brand Ambassadors at a specialty food store and "school" their competition while pursuing the Most Valuable Ambassador award.
Dizzi hears strange noises, and has a TV reality show exorcise ghosts from her guest house. Reenactment scenes with younger stand-ins reveal the house is only haunted by the spirit of ageism and a surprise squatter in the guest house.
A trio of "mature" actresses meet on a low budget film and discover they are all fed up with ageism in the film industry. They bond together with their rally cry of "BAB on 3" to fight the stereotypes that are holding them back from their dream roles as they forge friendships and learn about each other.
