The police investigate a pet massacre at a local animal shelter, and Chris gets into a fight with Dana's boyfriend. The Crites'' search leads them to Chris's mom, and they begin to disobey their one rule...
A grounded Chris and his best friend Charlie sneak out to attend Dana's party - and so do the Critters! Over in Australia, the Bounty Hunters hone in on their target.
Chris and Charlie struggle to make the cops believe that they saw "furry balls with teeth." Veronica's delivery guy hookup, Holt, shows his true colors as they fend off a full-on Critter attack.
