Henry and Ian's guest is actress Sadie Frost - who tucks into the boys' fantastic curry house jalfrezi.

There's some healthy 'snack hack' smoothies and, for dessert, spectacular no-egg mini banoffee meringues with cashew cream and caramel sauce.
