Five friends leave their lives behind to travel to southern California to work as travel nurses.
Tyrice feels ostracized by the other girls and is on the verge of calling it quits. Heather gets flirty with Adrian. When her boyfriend Dalton shows up on a group trip to wine country the other nurses question his intentions.
The nurses grow increasingly annoyed with Chris as they spend a day on Catalina Island together.
Heather spends more time with Adrian despite her engagement to Dalton. Chris finds himself growing further apart from the group. He is pushed to the brink during a fight with Fernando and threatens to leave for good.
Chris starts dating a girl who works with him at the hospital. A confrontation erupts between Tyrice and the other girls and quickly gets out of hand.
"Scrubbing In" follows a group of travel nurses working in a CA hospital for 13 weeks. Relocating from across the country, these nurses have left their lives behind for short-term hospital contracts, with the added benefit of exploring a new city.
