A cybernetic girl teams up with a brilliant inventor to confront a super-powered terrorist threatening their island paradise.

Nene is a rare full-body cyborg who moves to Cenancle Island to live with her aunt. But on her way there she meets Uzal and Clarion, and their friendship makes for big adventure when an apparent terrorist attack suddenly occurs on the island!
Nene and Clarion are tasked with stopping BUER, a giant boring robot belonging to Uzal's company that went berserk after her underlings tried to use it against her.
Thanks to Uzal's efforts, Nene and Clarion are treated like rescued hostages and are escorted to the residence of Nene's aunt, Takumi Korobase, who is acquaintances with Uzal.
After Nene manages to enrol in a prestigious online school, Takumi, wanting to have some time alone to examine BUER, sends Nene and Clarion to observe some of her companies as part of her homework.
While pondering if it is right to keep borrowing Clarion's power to achieve world peace, Nene meets an old woman named Anna who is adjusting to a robotic arm.
A super-powered terrorist has threatened the island of Cenancle. To fight him off, Nene Nanakorobi, a cybernetic girl-next-door, will have to team up with famous inventor Delilah Uzal and her adorably grumpy cyborg assistant, Clarion.
