Episodes
The 55-year-old rock bard Carsten is preparing for a furious comeback tour. At his birthday party, which his newly married daughter Clara and his second wife Maren are throwing for him, an unexpected guest turns up: Leonie, Clara's best friend. Nobody suspects that the talented singer didn't just come to sing a surprise song. The 32-year-old has had an affair with the artist for months, whose political-poetic music she has loved since childhood. Even though they both know it's over, aside from the party, they passionately reconnect. However, when Leonie doesn't want sex, Carsten ignores her "no".
Clara faces a dilemma. As an idealistic lawyer, she fights to ensure that rapists do not go unpunished. What her friend Leonie tells in confidence and later posts on social media without naming her is usually a clear case of sexualized violence for Clara. However, the fact that her father, the popular singer-songwriter Carsten, is the accused makes things completely different. Now the lawyer wants to prevent the anonymous accusations from becoming a scandal that could destroy Carsten's career and family. Meanwhile, Leonie tries to carry on as if nothing happened. But that is just as difficult for her as Clara, who has to make a decision.
Leonie reported Carsten. Now the popular artist has to face charges of rape. Carsten goes to the police on his own initiative: he is firmly convinced that he has not acted against the will of his ex-lover. While he wants to refute the accusations and make the revenge of an abandoned woman look like, his daughter Clara fears a scandal. Against her convictions, she accepts the hard line of the lawyer Hauser. That's exactly what Leonie's lawyer Sonko expects, preparing her client for a dirty affair. However, the young artist is neither intimidated nor bought by Carsten's record company. She wants to bring the truth to light - for herself.
Clara is in a terrible dilemma: in order to defend her father Carsten against accusations of rape, the idealistic lawyer has to break with her ethical principles and betray her best friend. Leonie comes under pressure from the scandal reports in the newspaper. While she wants her former life back, Carsten's tough lawyer Hauser uses his "bitch strategy" to get her acquitted.
Carsten has to face the accusation in court of raping his ex-lover Leonie. His lawyer Hauser's "bitch strategy" to discredit the victim, as well as the prejudgment on social media, is heating up the mood. Carsten's daughter Clara is her best friend's toughest opponent.
The young lawyer Clara Andersen goes beyond all moral limits to have her father, the famous singer Carsten Andersen, declared innocent of raping her best friend Leonie Novak.
