Larry takes a treacherous trip through Arizona to find out why folks choose to live in this sun-scorched state. His first creepy-crawly encounter is with a family that uses this desert landscape as a natural resource for their spider venom business.
Larry makes his way across Iowa to become a carny at one of America's oldest state fairs! Larry's trip starts with a chance meeting with an alligator wrestler, which leads to Larry and crew watching over a baby gator on their way to Des Moines.
The destination is Roswell as Larry and crew make a pilgrimage across the space-crazed state of New Mexico. However, after some stops along the historic trail of space history, the trip takes a very dramatic turn! An amateur rocket scientist launches an intrepid Larry the Cable Guy bobblehead into the edge of space, accompanied by his cameraman's wedding ring. But when GPS complications ensue, finding Space Larry and the ring becomes a thrilling race against time. The show ends with a freaky and funny set of close encounters with the alien experts of Roswell.
Larry uncovers how ingenuity, passion, sweat and sugar made Pennsylvania an industrial powerhouse. He starts by braving heights and heat as he joins a bunch of boilermakers as they do their gritty work on a Pittsburgh area power plant.
Larry is on a mission to show how America is the land of the great ideas and finds all the evidence he needs on a road trip through Minnesota. The adventure starts on an extremely stinky note as Larry works with a farmer who turns restaurant scraps into a nutritious feed for his hogs. Larry then shows up at the doorsteps of Minnesotans responsible for three major inventions: the Post-It Note, the Nerf Ball and the game of Twister! After a weird side trip to a beard and mustache competition, Larry concludes on a highly destructive note at an innovative business called "Drive-a-Tank." It don't get much more "Only in America.
