Episodes
For 20 years Nick Carter lived a wild life as a member of the Backstreet Boys, a hugely popular boy band. Nick thinks he's ready to finally settle down with the love of his life, his fiancée Lauren Kitt. But after spending a lifetime being available to his band and his fans, Nick has a hard time fitting the wedding into his schedule. When Nick's management team makes the Backstreet Boys new tour a top priority, Lauren wonders if Nick is able to make their marriage a priority.
After Nick's management team swipes aside his planned wedding date and urges him to get a pre-nup, Lauren questions Nick's ability to control his own life.
Nick and Lauren both have some family drama to contend with, and before the wedding they try to see if they can reconnect and get back on the right foot. Lauren meets her mother for a cake tasting and discovers that time doesn't heal all wounds. Meanwhile, Nick takes his brother Aaron out fishing.
Though he's a successful pop star with millions of female fans, Nick has insecurities about reaching his mid-thirties being out of shape and never having finished high school. Lauren tries to console him, but since she's a fitness model and speaks multiple languages, Nick still feels a bit inadequate sometimes.
Nick is thrilled to get the chance to tour with his friend, another boy band veteran Jordan Knight, but the opportunity would conflict with his wedding date. Lauren is dismayed to hear that Nick would consider moving the date. Lauren wants a project that's not all about Nick, so she takes meetings to develop a fitness app. That night, at a charity event, Nick is reminded about the importance of what marriage means.
Follows the lives of engaged couple Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and fitness competitor Lauren Kitt on their journey to the big day. Along the way they deal with management, family issues, and figuring out married life.
