Chefs Anne Burrell and Tiffany Derry welcome cooking novices aboard the S.S. Worst Cooks. Burrell and Derry teach them to make shrimp and grits. For the main challenge teams cook fish entrees. The least successful cooks are eliminated.

The chefs teach the recruits that food doesn't come from an app - it actually comes from a farm. The teams must navigate a farm-themed obstacle course, searching for corn cobs in haystacks and lassoing stuffed animals from a pen.
Some of the worst cooks in the country will compete in an elimination series. The last two standing have the chance to cook for culinary critics and win a cash prize.
