Thirteen hopefuls arrive in New York City from across the country, eager to enter the world of Bad Boy Entertainment.
The contestants are awakened in the middle of the night, and shuttled to the woods at Fort Dix Army Base in New Jersey. By following clues and hidden markers, the potential Diddy-assistants must find their way back to the Bad Boy headquarters in New York.
Two contestants from each team are sent to Paris to find a model that Diddy saw in a magazine. They must convince her to come back to New York to pose for Sean John. The remaining members are tasked with creating print ad for Sean John eye-wear.
Diddy surprises the assistants by appearing on his website, Diddy.com, with a special mission.
It's an historic day for Sean Diddy Combs because he's getting his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. So, the entire group jets off to Los Angeles.
Contestants compete for an opportunity to become rapper and fashion designer Sean John's assistant.
