The day has finally come for Eoj and Addi to get married, and while their love is certain, their chances of making it through the ceremony are not, thanks to interruptions from Giants, Goddesses and Githyanki. At the end of the day though, what better wedding gift for two pirates than a good fight?
The Githyanki pirates that crashed Addi and Eoj's wedding offered them an all expenses paid apology-cruise for their honeymoon. The group gets on board and quickly find themselves immersed in romantic comedy subplots - and a little bit of murder and kidnapping - with a mysterious laugh track following them through it all.
Things kick off in the middle of pitched battle as the Salt Baes try to stop pirates from kidnapping Addi along with their apparent goal, the Genasi boy band Waleet. In the process, Trisylnn catches up with Bael, and Addi and Hank discover the downsides of being famous.
The Baes arrive at the island of Freyr to do a job for Trislynn - investigating some Goliaths who kicked Bael out of his home. They realize the situation is more complicated than anticipated when they discover a screaming man who doesn't bleed when stabbed.
A time jump takes us 20 years into the future, where we see where the Baes have ended up after their time adventuring together. Later, things take a turn when Addi, Eoj, Trislynn and Dirty Hank are all reunited at a special gala also attended by Rose.
A group of four pirates who, over the course of fighting, drinking, making money and seeking love, encounter an ancient and powerful evil.
