After several Indian spies are killed in Pakistan, PM Shastri provides a solution. The intelligence agency decides to send a con man to spy on the country. Their choice is Harfan, an easy-going man.
Despite hiccups, Harfan charms his way into a Pakistani family. He also lands himself a job with the man who could connect him to Brigadier Habibullah. However, he is almost caught red-handed.
Harfan is picked up by Colonel Zaidi, but is saved at the last moment. He then attends a party hosted by the Brigadier and comes across information that could be dangerous for India.
As Harfan courts Jameela, India is facing an attack on the Kutch border. He receives an ultimatum from the agency. Working on a clue leads him to Begum Anar, who is connected to General Agha Khan.
The agency is worried as arms and ammunition are discovered in the North East. Harfan continues to charm Begum and bugs her pendant. While sharing information with India, he is caught red-handed.
After the Sino-India war, a highly trained Indian spy enters Pakistan on a mission to gather crucial intelligence and stop Pakistan from launching an attack against India. Will he succeed?
