Faye is rejected trying to seek refuge at Harriman's residence. GT lets her stay in his attic. Gell is in hiding at place difficult for the CIA to reach. Pavel threatens to kill Faye in order to get to Licht. Licht sees only one option: Kill Pavel.
Harriman wants Faye's list, but she refuses. Marha approaches Faye. GT wants Gemayel, leader of the Syrian refugees, to stage an attack on the Syrian embassy so Licht can get Gell out. Montand's interview with Gell airs, causing him trouble at the embassy.
Fran Bowden makes Faye an offer. Almond has reservations on the embassy attack, to which GT reacts badly. Licht tells Gemayel's men Gell is to be taken alive. The demonstration turns violent, but Licht makes it inside. Gell's got a gun.
