To fight the rising crime rate in Shimla, the Chief of Police forms a special task force. Inspector Sakshi Ranjan is set to head this task force along with Inspector Sudhir Kohli, who is known to solve crimes using his peculiar ways.
Kohli and Sakshi begin their investigation on a murder in Shimla. They unearth the complicated connection between the victim, a blackmailer and a painting costing ten lakhs.
What looks like the death of an innocent newly married man Aman Varma, turns out to be a sleazy desi porn network. Kohli is onto the killer by employing his unusual means.
When a five-year-old body of a woman turns up, the police department's inadequacies come to light. While investigating the case, Kohli gets himself imprisoned to find out more about Ramakant Jha.
