After a stint in prison and a new life following Jesus, Jacob, a former motorcycle gang member, travels to Gibson Ranch in California to find Sandy, the woman who left him at the alter over 20 years ago because of his spiraling life. Although he plans to apologize and clear the air, he soon realizes Sandy has no plans to forgive him. He also soon finds out the ranch is facing foreclosure, and a man named Ethan is circling like a buzzard, ready to buy it.
Sandy's close friends Mike and Linda own Gibson Ranch, which is two weeks from being foreclosed upon. To raise money to save the ranch, they decide to start a female riding team and host a fund-raising rodeo-crazy idea, but it just might work. A young man named Logan shows up and applies for a job at the ranch, while hiding the fact that he's secretly a member of Jacob's old biker gang, here to get revenge on Jacob.
Logan, the new ranch hand, quickly takes a liking to the newest superstar female rider, Addison, but finds that winning her heart takes more than smooth talking. And as Jacob learns more about the horses, Linda and Sandy do their best to get a girls' team trained and ready-but will it be enough?
After a good-natured landscaping competition on the ranch, both Logan and Jacob get ready for dates that night: Logan goes on a horse ride with Addison, and Jacob tries to woo Sandy with a nice dinner. Afterward, Jacob meets Mike and watches some of Mike's old rodeo riding videos and finds out that Mike and Ethan used to be very close friends. Although Jacob is beginning to feel at peace, threats from his old biker gang are quickly closing in.
After a long motorcycle ride through the mountains, Jacob and Logan come to blows, revealing damaging secrets and painful pasts, and hurting everyone in the process. With trust and loyalties shattered, Jacob turns to the one person he never thought he'd turn to, and Logan faces some life-altering decisions.
Combat vet Simon motorcycles across the country, working odd jobs, helping those God puts in his path, and trying to atone for past sins in a biker club.
