The story of Trambali family compared to what will happen inside their home, even the battlefields in Iraq seem like heaven. Gerasimos loved Christina, but he will pay for it. His future mother-in-law, Lambrini, is the biggest obstacle.
After Gerasimos looses all his money by his father in law, he moves in at Christina's house with the rest of the family. There he has to deal with all the family who everyone of them hates him.
