She must react quickly to try to save the newborn. Then, Angel suffers from endometriosis and decides to end the constant pain with a hysterectomy. When she goes to the doctor for a pre-operation examination, she finds that she's 32 weeks pregnant and didn't even know it.
After a car accident breaks a 23-year old woman's back in 8 places, doctors tell her that carrying a child would be physically hard on her body. She conceives and while she is unknowingly pregnant, she is mugged by a man who murders his next victim. Then only 3 months later, she goes to the hospital with horrible cramps and to her surprise, a doctor tells her that she is pregnant, full term and about to deliver a baby and a slim 18-year-old woman from the Philippines finds out that she is pregnant with her first child when she is already 6 months along. Three years later at 21 and in the U.S., she again experiences no symptoms of pregnancy but this time she goes the entire pregnancy without knowing.
