We meet the singletons looking for love. After carefully considering each letter they must choose how many applicants they would like to meet in a face-to-face speed date and then select who to go on a date with.
We see how the women cope when they are thrown into unfamiliar farm work and have to compete with one another for the attention of their date. Paul, Richard, Mark and Wendy meet a selection of potential matches.
Heather and Christine's dates arrive to sample rural life and Pete's time with Helen and Caroline nears an end. Emotions run high when Pete reveals who he can see a romantic future with.
