Luke spoils Madelein with a luxurious life in Colombia, and worries she'll leave him if it all falls apart. Ani hopes Kyle will trade his sperm donation hobby for a traditional life with her. Shawn fell in love with Douglas, but three years later, his boyfriend is living as a woman.
Shawn sees Alliya for the first time since she began living as a woman. Alex doesn't want her boyfriend Adriano to pressure her into threesomes. Kyle's odd behaviors make Ani wonder if she's making the right decision. Luke and Madelein reunite in Colombia, but he dreads revealing the truth about his finances.
