Flavor Flav has put his heart on the line three times only to have it handed back to him.
Waking up with 15 girls, Flav quickly presents their first challenge. Flav?s looking for a girl that can mend his broken heart. The girls must dress up as nurses and each come up with their own prescription for Flav?s heartache. The house is in a tizzy as the girls rush to primp and prep for their man. At the Flavor of Love General Hospital, three of the girls find the perfect remedy to jumpstart his lagging heart, earning them a death-defying date with Flav that will truly test if they are ready to "take the plunge".
Flav asks the remaining 13 girls to create a theme restaurant for him.
Flav splits his ladies up into two teams for the first ever Flavorette Roast Challenge. Each team picks one girl from the other team to put in the hot seat, and they cut loose with a full on verbal beatdown.
Flavor Flav is looking for someone who can be a mother as well as a mate, so he has the girls create a bedtime story for a group of children.
