After surviving Hurricane Katrina, Joshua Kagler must bring the harmony back to his award winning but tumultuous choir. Another storm begins to brew when Deitrick and Michelle ask an ex-choir member to rejoin.
After 25 years of recruiting youths from the streets for his Inner City Choir, Jeffrey is worn out and ready to throw in the towel. Deitrick and Michelle have 5 days to prove that this choir has what it takes before their leader calls it quits.
Deitrick and Michelle travel to the Big Apple to try to modernize an all-girls Barbershop Choir. They quickly realize that they must help the choir director repair her relationship with her mother, in order to repair the choir.
Victor Bell's choir was on the road to greatness before a disastrous event caused the choir to fall apart. Now, five years later with new members, can Deitrick and Michelle bring everyone together and find redemption?
When choir founder Mama Pat passed on, her choir lost its place in the Santa Barbara community. The younger members try to get their name back out to the community. Deitrick and Michelle step in to help rebuild the legacy that Mama Pat left behind.
In this bold and uplifting music-driven series, struggling choirs will get a chance of much needed mentoring with the help of gospel superstar Deitrick Haddon ("Preachers of L.A.") and Grammy-Award winning recording artist Michelle Williams of "Destiny's Child" fame. Each week, the duo will surprise a community, school or gospel choir and help them find perfect harmony both within their music - and their members. They will dive deep into the members' lives to tackle the choir's core issues including leadership, inter-personal conflicts, artistic direction and presentation, doing whatever it takes to get these choirs back on track with perfect pitch and newfound confidence.
