While trying to protect Heartlake City from mysterious events happening, the girls find clues that reveal newcomer Carter Greene is after the shipwrecked The Heart of the Sea and its treasure. Furthermore, Carter also plans to build an underwater hotel in Heartlake Bay, threatening the safety of all sea-life. The girls are determined to do whatever it takes to protect the bay and its inhabitants!
