Macarena and others go to a new prison where they smuggle in sharp objects using Mercedes as a decoy. Zulema is transferred to the same prison after she recovers from coma. A clever use of wire-cord injures Mercedes and kills guard Unai.
Altagracia will take the necessary measures to find out who was the author of the death of the officer Unai. Macarena is in a confrontation with Akame, leader of the Tao Triad, in her search for control of the new prison.
The Chinese inmates leave Macarena to die in the laundry. Zulema saves her so the Chinese punish her similarly. Mercedes, on day release, is blackmailed by the Chinese to help them rob a cash container. Saray avenges her rape by Sandoval.
Zulema scores a point with guard Altagracia. She schemes to finish off Anabel since Anabel tried to muscle in on her business. Her new business uses the chicken rearing activity in the prison. She also succeeds in outwitting the Chinese.
Mercedes's daughter is kidnapped, making the situation in the prison more complicated. Anabel pleads guilty because of the evidence against her. Nerea has an affair with Rizos but the relationship will be affected by unexpected news.
