Gavin, Devin and the skate crew take the most epic field road trip in the history of the world hitting up San Francisco's sickest skate spots and scoring VIP passes to the final stop of the Dew Tour. Devin loses his temper, the guys ride a full pipe and a pool hopping goes very, very wrong. Meanwhile, back on campus, Autumn faces one of her biggest fears: jumps.
Windells Academy partners with Truth to host the Battle Out Back its first ever winter skate contest, but the kids aren't that stoked on competing. Wally gives Gavin and the kids a pep talk, but they struggle to stay motivated. When the contest starts, Gavin chokes. Daniel surprises himself when he's the only kid from Windells to place. Gavin learns a life lesson from Wally.
Sierra surprises Zach when she picks him up at the airport. Sierra and Autumn hit the gym and strategize about landing sponsors. Jeff Curry shows what it takes to come back from a gnarly broken leg. It's early December and Summit County, CO is the place to be for all professional and up-and-coming skiers and snowboarders. So, the Windells mountain crew piles in the vans and heads east for their annual winter field trip. This year, they are stoked to have their own private session at Keystone with legendary filmer Alex Martini. Sierra faces her biggest jump yet.
