Diane is a young woman battling terminal cancer, however, this documentary starts after her life takes a surprising upturn. She meets a young man named Long who makes her heart flip. He, in turn, falls in love with her. Filmed in what feels like real-time, it starts with Diane and Long, retelling a funny incident on their first date. You then follow them through a journey of their fun experiences together and Long's efforts to make her last days the best days of her life.
