Peter faces a late night emergency as Abbie rushes in her sheep who is pregnant with triplets. The babies aren't due for another three weeks, but Peter must act quickly. Julian is preparing for the opening of his new veterinary centre.
Matt rushes to a local cattle farm to help Tilly the cow give birth. Mike and Rebecca have an amorous pony, who needs an appointment with Peter and Julian operates on a young girl's poorly guinea pig, but he is shocked by what he finds.
Peter treats a lamb with a leg infection while Julian deals with a mysterious lump on a llama called Imposter. A greyhound with a crushed ankle receives an implant.
Matt delivers a calf, Peter removes a lump from a dog's eye, and Julian repairs a slipped patella on a cat and nips a sheep with a birth defect. Peter and Shona go 4-wheeling.
