When Mario and Mama Luigi are bored, Mama Luigi pays Bowser for him to kidnap Peach so him and Mario could have an adventure.
While Mario and Mama Luigi start their adventure, they encounter a beast which turns out to be Yoshi.
While Mario and Mama Luigi are going back to confront Toad about making them go to the Grand Canyon, Toad sends them to Seaside Valley. When Mario and Mama Luigi are at Seaside Valley, they encounter Donkey Kong.
When Mama Luigi tries to find a mushroom for Mario, he overhears the butt alligator and Peach were bonding. When Mario tries to save Peach, the butt alligator and Peach goes inside a warp and Mario, Mama Luigi, and Bowser follow them.
When The Crocodile, Peach, and Bowser warp in a room, someone has to sacrifice theirself because of an obstacle course the Crocodile created and Bowser decides that he will sacrifice himself. Meanwhile, Mario gets scanned and gets a clone.
