A party for new foster parents goes very wrong, as Bailey and Carmen battle out over celebrity parents. After watery sabotage unearths stolen purses and wallets , sinister new resident Ryan arrives and turns detective showing he doesn't care how far he will go to get what he wants

When Bailey bumps into a homeless man who later dies, he feels guilty, and decides to become the new owner of his dog Mischief. However Mischief proves difficult to train, and as Bailey is doubting his philosophy of always trying, Ryan who has a phobia of dogs sets Mischief free, with disastrous consequences - as Mischief is taken to the vet after being hit by a car.
