Lionel always likes to look smart, so when an accident with Scottie's packed lunch makes a mess of his safari suit, it's a major crisis. Miss Emily is able to dry clean the suit, and Ziggy transforms the tram into a bi-plane to get them to the zoo on time. But Lionel is upset because his suit is now all crumpled. So Ziggy uses the bi-plane's wings to press the suit before flying them to the zoo. Theme: Friends help each other.
Lionel takes the others camping, but can't sleep because he's afraid of the dark. Rather than admit his fear, he tries to switch on the tram's lights and accidentally wakes everyone up.
The animals get stuck in the tunnel, and Brian has to learn to practice his football kicking to save the day and get everyone out.
Going through a flooded tunnel, Amy accidentally drops Flora's new phone in the water, and she dives in to recover it. But when Amy goes missing, Flora learns some things are more important than phones.
