The video begins with six encoded messages, revealing Detective Stewart's focus on solving the crimes of Martin Graywinder and the disappearances of the GrayWinder Family. The conversation between Macy and Martin is interrupted by a glitch that cuts to a title card for H&A Harmony Toys, featuring a magical Sofia doll. The mother asks a child about their day and if they made friends with the doll. The child promises to take care of the doll, and the video ends with a magical Sofia face in a camera view.
Banzo, a popular character from Harmony Toys, was renamed "FuzzyBuddy" in an advertisement. However, the new Fuzzy Buddy was seen attacking and killing children who brought it. In one clip, it was seen watching a Harmony Toys commercial before being shot down by Mr. Stewart. At the end of the tape, the Baby Doll (Ava) encounters Banzo in the distance, attempting to crawl to him.
