Sultan Abdülhamid II celebrates 20 years on the throne, facing immense challenges. The Ottoman Empire is in decline, and foreign powers are seeking to carve it up. Abdülhamid is determined to maintain the empire's integrity and begins by addressing the Berlin Conference, where European powers discuss the fate of the empire's territories.
Abdülhamid consolidates power and faces internal dissent. Some ministers secretly work with foreign agents, and the Sultan must act quickly to maintain control. The foreign powers, particularly Britain and Russia, increase their pressure on the Sultan.
The rebellion in Macedonia becomes a significant issue. Abdülhamid tries to address both internal traitors and foreign plots. His intelligence network helps him uncover conspiracies within the palace. Meanwhile, European powers continue to manipulate nationalist uprisings.
