In an alternative future independent Scotland vampires, werewolves and zombies declare their desire to join the human race; the Prime Minister agrees to a treaty and assembles PITS, a special unit, to protect both mankind and creature.
Set 5 years before the PITS team are formed, we meet Alexis (Caitlin Blackwood), a young, yet powerful werewolf who is about to realise what her true abilities really are. This, of course, is very useful for The Cult of Many Faces (Billy Kirkwood) who wishes to exploit her powers for his own, manipulative plans.
With Eve Mitchell on emergency leave, the PITS team is in need of a new leader. PITS Chief and operations manager, Norris Fletcher, brings in Maya Hedges to interview for the role.
