Born on the Moon, pink fuzzy alien Moonzy came to the Earth and lands into the Lake.
Grasshopper Skip is watching the Moon through a spy-glass and accidentally spots Moonzy. Skip uses his spy-glass to look for dreams and he is sure that they come from the Moon.
Moonzy meets the hard-working eccentric Weebee. Weebee thinks he is fancy because he gathers honey-dew. But it turns out that Moonzy can gather it, too.
Moonzy meets caterpillar brothers Woopsie and Poopsie. He wants to be their friend, but he doesn't really know what it means to be a friend - The Caterpillars take advantage of this and talk Moonzy into managing mischiefs.
Mr. Diggins tells Moonzy that everybody has a name. So, Moonzy tries to figure out his name. Skip and Weebee help him out and they come up with an original name - Moonzy.
Moonzy was born in moon while failing and not cause pain but he's discovered new friends mostly friendly grasshopper or cricket and many other insect people.
