NeNe travels to Vegas where she joins the cast of "Zumanity", a cabaret-style show by Cirque Du Soleil. Phaedra and her husband Apollo prepare for the sentence day. Both Kenya and Porsha open up about the aftermath of the physical altercation which happened during the taping of the reunion show last season. Cynthia tries to juggle between her personal life and upcoming business adventures. Kandi and her husband Todd prepare for welcoming his daughter, Kaela, to live with them.
Mama Joyce is up to her old tricks again. It's opening night for NeNe in Vegas, and the nerves kick in. Cynthia celebrates her new-found sexiness with a fabulous party, purposely leaving some of the ladies off the guest list. While the party is in full swing, Apollo shows up and drops a bomb that leaves everyone in disbelief.
The show officially introduces the newest housewife, a radio personality Claudia Jordan, who happens to be Kenya's good friend. NeNe comes back to Atlanta from her show in Las Vegas and familiarizes with all the drama that have happened while she was away. Kandi gets in between Apollo and Phaedra's relationship as she decides to tell her the truth about Apollo and Kenya. Cynthia confronts Porsha over the comments she has made about her deteriorating friendship with Nene.
Todd makes himself a little too comfortable at the Kandi Factory when he starts reprimanding the staff-- forcing Kandi to choose sides between her husband and her team. Phaedra continues to deal with the aftermath of Apollo's fateful decisions, while he downloads to Peter intimate relationship details from their past. Just as Claudia is starting to adjust to life in Atlanta, she finds herself catching some unwarranted shade from a familiar coworker. Now that Apollo has come clean, Kenya is optimistic about mending her relationships with the other women until Nene breezes into town and suggests there may be a shocking twist to the Kenya/Apollo saga.
Claudia gets settled into her new life in Atlanta with Kenya's help. Kandi organizes a dinner so they can all hash out their differences but Phaedra and Kenya get into it yet again when it comes to Apollo's infamous lies. Nene and Cynthia come face to face for the first time in months, which leads to a rollercoaster of emotions.
