NeNe's friend Dwight convinces her to let go of her anger about Sheree's party, while Kim throws her daughter a party of her own. NeNe and Sheree put aside their differences for the day, but Lisa can't attend as she comes down with the flu.
The Housewives take a trip to meet Kim's psychic advisor, where NeNe gets an eerie prediction. Later she gets a letter that reveals a family secret, while Kim decides to pursue her dream of being a country singer and DeShawn plans a black tie gala.

Lisa and NeNe join DeShawn to celebrate her birthday, but the dinner takes a turn when NeNe gossips about Sheree and bashes Kim's music career. Music producer Dallas Austin sends Kim to a music coach and tensions mount when Kim finds out NeNe's been talking behind her back.
