Trying to impress Kelly and show he's more than just little freshman, Bucket gets caught in a lie and announces he's running against Aloe for school President.
Aloe is hosting the party of the year, open to any girl and only a few select guys. Determined to take part, Bucket and Skinner dress up as girls and sneak in.
Bucket and Skinner get jobs at the taco shop to pay for repairs to the dive boat. Though Bucket takes his job seriously Skinner just wants to eat tacos.
After a paperwork mix up the guys are selected to be part of the school's gifted program. While they love the perk of getting out of school early, they are soon in over their heads when they are assigned a difficult assignment.
Bucket is jealous when he learns that Kelly is going to the school dance with a senior he thinks is a jerk. As he and Skinner try to sabotage her date, they start to wonder if he's not as bad as they thought.
The series follows two friends from the fictional California town of Pacific Bluffs. Often, the boys act sporadically, leading them into multiple conflicts.
