Frankie visits from Santa Fe to attend the gender reveal party for Bud and Allison's child. She finds out Grace has moved on and taken a lodger, Sheree.
Bud and Allison organize a scavenger hunt for the gender reveal party. Frankie suspects Sheree is after Grace's money. Sol goes to protests every day and Robert is worried he might get hurt.
Sheree remembers a letter from her late husband which states she should have the house. The only problem is the letter is in the house and Sheree has no keys to it. Robert gets nominated to a Tappy Award for is role in 1776.
