A woman is looking to relocate from the island she had lived on for decades to be closer to friends. She has a budget of 500 thousand pounds and requested a south facing garden and ample area for party parking. The views and location are also important considerations. She is also looking for a nice kitchen from which she can start a baking company. Alongside her is a friend for support, and in the end, a bid is accepted on one of the properties they view.
